Credit Card Terminals and Equipment Return Policies
All credit card terminals, including the NURIT 8320, and other products listed on our Web site are brand new. All arrive in the original manufacturer's box complete with appropriate instruction manuals, power packs and cables.
All merchant account equipment is covered under the original manufacturer's warranty. Each manufacturer establishes their own coverage policy. Please refer to the manufacturer's manual or Web site for specific details.

All manufacturers warranties exclude power surges, customer abuse, spillage and lightning strikes.
EXS Processing handles replacement and warranty work for the first 30 days. After 30 days from the date of purchase, customers must contact the manufacturer for all warranty work.
Terminals, such as the NURIT 8320, and printers may be returned at the customer's expense within the first 30 days following purchase. A 20 percent restocking fee will be charged to all returns or cancellations. Because all software is licensed we cannot accept returns on software. Your ecommerce merchant accounts service provider is your best source to properly program your NURIT 8320 terminal. However, if you provide us with your ecommerce merchant accounts programming information we will be happy to assist with your download.
